Airline Contracts

Airlines that have a Pilots Union on the carriers property use the Railway Labor Act (RLA) to negotiate a Colective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). These contracts stipulate the work rules and compensation rates which both the pilots and company are obligated to work under. These contracts do not expire, rather they become ammendable at an agreed upon date that is signed into the CBA by both parties.

Bellow you can find several pilot CBAs in PDF and .DOC format. Explore the various differences and similarities within these agreements and use this research as an aid to your job search proccess.
